Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 · Triangle, Inc.

Plain-language terms for using Triangle. By deploying with us, you agree to these.

Acceptable use

Use Triangle to host static sites you have the right to publish. Don't deploy malware, phishing pages, content that infringes others' rights, or anything illegal. We may take down deployments that violate this, and we'll tell you why.

Service scope (the stop-line)

Triangle hosts static content only — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and assets served from the edge. There are no serverless functions or server runtime. We state this boundary in-product and won't pretend otherwise; if your project needs server code, this isn't the right service.

Plans & billing

  • Hobby is free forever. Allowances degrade (rate-limit) rather than bill — usage overages are blocked, so you can't get a surprise charge.
  • Pro is $20 per user per month and includes a $20 monthly usage credit; usage above included allowances is metered per line item.
  • Enterprise is custom, with terms set in your order form.
  • In this reference build, checkout runs in free demo mode — it records an order object and returns a confirmation. No card is charged.

Uptime & SLA

We work hard to keep the edge up and post status publicly. A contractual uptime SLA (99.99%) is available on Enterprise plans; Hobby and Pro are provided on a commercially-reasonable-effort basis without a formal SLA.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

For customers who process personal data of their own users through their deployed sites, Triangle acts as a processor for that content. Our standard DPA covers processing scope, sub-processors, security measures (including secret masking and encryption in transit), and international transfer terms. Enterprise customers can execute a signed DPA; contact legal@triangle.dev.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Triangle isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Termination

You can stop using Triangle and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we'll give notice where we reasonably can. On termination, you can export your deployments first.
