Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026 · Triangle, Inc.
We collect as little as possible and we never sell your data. This policy explains exactly what we store and why.
What we collect
Triangle is deliberately data-light. We collect:
- Account data — the email address you sign up with, and your team/seat membership.
- Deployment content — the files you upload, so we can serve them at your URL.
- Analytics events — privacy-first, cookie-free page views for the sites you deploy (visitor counts, top pages, referrers). No cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
- Operational logs — build logs (with secrets masked as [REDACTED]) and request metadata needed to run the service.
How we use it
To run the product: to build and serve your deployments, show you analytics, bill Pro accounts, and keep the platform secure. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Cookies
The marketing site uses a single local-storage key to remember your theme preference. The analytics we provide for your deployed sites are cookie-free by design, so your visitors don't need a consent banner.
Retention & your rights
Your deployments live until you delete them. You can export any deployment's files at any time and delete your account and its data on request. Build logs are retained for a limited window (1 hour on Hobby, longer on paid plans). To export or delete, email privacy@triangle.dev.
Sub-processors
We run on commodity edge infrastructure and use a small number of vetted sub-processors for hosting, storage, and payments. We do not add sub-processors casually, and a current list is available on request.
